NEESinc Board of Directors

The Board of Directors includes a total of 12 representatives. Each serves a 3-year term, with a third of the members rotating out each year. Directors are selected as follows:

3 elected by the Institutional Members
3 elected by the Equipment Site Members
3 elected by the Individual Members
3 elected by the Board
