Joseph Penzien, Earthquake Engineering Pioneer, Passed Away on Sep 19






Joseph Penzien, a world renowned pioneer and leader in the field of earthquake engineering, passed away on September 19, 2011 at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Redwood City, California.
