Access to Kraken or Carter for OpenSeesMP job

I have successfully run a parallel OpenSeesMP job on the Local machine using the OpenSees Laboratory Parallel Job Submission tool. However, when I try to run it on Kraken or Carter I get the following error message:

“ACCESS DENIED: user “” does not have access to run on kraken. Please file a support ticket to obtain access”

Must I submit a support ticket or am I doing something else wrong? If ticket is required, how do I go about getting one?
