for Installation

hello when I execute the openfresco, it will notice “cannot find tcl85.dll”. how to solve this problem. I see the paper of OpenFresco Framework for Hybrid Simulation: Installation and Getting Started Manual,for full installation, you will download the Tcl/Tk Version 8.5.11. when I download it, but I did not know how to use it. thank you
