JDesktop Dependency
Hello, I’m working on new features for RDV. JDesktop is currently being used as a framework for RDV. Unfortunately, this library is dead. It was supposed to become JSR 296, but has since been put on hold indefinitely. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swing_Application_Framework. There is no existing documentation on the library (maybe a few scattered Javadocs). I have started removing dependencies on this framework as I need to add new code. Is this okay with the current developers? Does anyone object to me checking in my code?
