“NICA.exe has stopped working”
Hi, I keep getting this error when I try to connect Abaqus modules using SIMCOR. I was able to run a 1DOF cantilever problem though. For others I get this error. I am using abq6112.bat as the program executable on win 7. The problem detail box shows this:

Hi,
Just based on the error message, it is difficult to find the issue. Is it possible to send me the input files including SimConfig.m? If you do not want to send me the model, you can make a very simple model which has a same number of controlled nodes and DOFs with your original model.
Thanks.

It’s actually the MOST example in the manual. I made no changes to it. The simulation runs if I do abaqus(left), abaqus(middle) and opensees(right), but gives this error when I make it all abaqus.
