Acess to Kraken or Carter for OpenSeesMP job

I have run an OpenSeesMP parallel job successfully on the “Local” machine, but when I attempt to run it on Kraken or Carter I receive the message:

“ACCESS DENIED: user does not have access to run on kraken. Please file a support ticket to obtain access”

Is it necessary to file a support ticket or am I doing something else wrong? If a support ticket must be filed, how do I go about that?
