Problem Logging in on mac 10.7.1

Program opens and shows my folders but after trying to login gives error with summary

“can’t find member ID number on myHUB page”

The SynchroNEES issue has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience and please let us know through a ticket if you have any other problems.

Sorry, but a recent update to nees.org changed the login process and broke the connection path that SynchroNEES uses. We’re working on a fix…
