Unable to download public files by PEN from local laptop
Hi! I am using PEN from my laptop. I tried to download a public file from PEN but it was unable to do that and a log appeared that Permission Denied. However, I can download it easily from the NEEShub website from project warehouse section: https://nees.org/data/download/NEES-2008-0653/Documentation/Information%20on%20Structural%20Models/MODELS%20HARDWARE/070101-MCEER-07-0016-Schachter-Reinhorn-Buckling.pdf what is wrong with PEN? Thanks

Mohammed,
PEN should be able to read all files which are readable by you in the Project Warehouse. A situation like the one you described would be considered a bug in PEN. Any user experiencing such a problem should submit a ticket containing all relevant information.
