|Description:||The next seminar in the web-based Discovering OpenSees: Surfing the Waves of OpenSees learning series will occur on October 24th and 25th.
The session will be broadcast twice at times that will allow users in all time zones around the world to participate. This 1-hour session is titled "Getting Started with OpenSees and OpenSees on NEEShub"
This web-learning session is primarily designed for new and beginning users to help them understand the structure of OpenSees framework, introduce them to Tcl programming language, guide them through on-line OpenSees learning resources, and demonstrate the process of creating a simple model and running it using OpenSees.

·Demonstration of how to download OpenSees interpreter and install Tcl
