OpenSees@Bristol 2014  edit    delete

Category: Workshop
Description: The aim of this joint workshop between the University of Bristol, University of Washington, University of California Berkeley and Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Centre (PEER) is to share the latest advances in computational techniques in modelling nonlinear behaviour of structural systems under extreme loading. The event will bring researchers from the US and the UK/EU together to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

Additionally, there is also an opportunity for some people who are currently using or have used OpenSees in their research to present their work in one of the research presentation sessions. Areas of interests for research presentations include topics related to bridges, steel and concrete structures, modelling fire and hybrid simulation.

The event is free but registration is required. For further details and online registration please visit the following webpage.
