If you are having a private chat with another WebEx participant, that conversation is not broadcast to all meeting participants. However, if the person with whom you are having a private chat leaves the meeting or if their Internet connection gets interrupted, the WebEx chat recipient field automatically reverts to "All Participants" making it possible to accidentally broadcast a private chat message to all meeting participants.
Please double-check the recipient field before sending a chat message to ensure it is destined for the correct person(s).
