How do I place a support ticket on the NEEShub

There are couple of ways you can place a support ticket on the NEEShub.

Method 1) Once you login to the NEEShub with your credentials, please click on “Support” on the top right corner of the blue bar of the homepage. This should display a pull down screen as shown below with your username, Name and E-mail pre populated.

Enter the problem/issue details into the box under "Problem" and hit “Submit”.


Method 2) Alternatively, you can click on “Feedback” on the right top of the homepage and then click on “Report a Problem” on that page. Enter the problem/issue details into the box under “Detailed Description” on the page and hit “Submit”.
