  Dr. Eberhard is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. He serves on the NEES Strategic Council and chairs the Site Operations Subcommittee of the Project Advisory Committee. His research focuses on the behavior and design of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete structures.
