MEP 11th grade pre and post assessment

Published on

The Minority Engineering Program, established in 1974 at Purdue University, is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and graduating successful engineers from all historically under-represented groups.

The Multiethinic Introduction to Engineering (MITE) program for rising 11th graders is a 5 weeks long camp. NEES provided a learning module on earthquake engineering as one aspect of this camp. This 23 question assessment was used at the beginning and end of the camp gauge pre-knowedge and learning during the week long earthquake engineering module.
