Abstract

The Simulink implementations of the linearly implicit Rosenbrock-based L-Stable Real-Time compatible (LSRT) time integration algorithm with two stages is provided as a downloadable tool. It is characterized by second order accuracy and linear stability. A single degree of freedom linear system is implemented; in order to try the LSRT-2 algorithm:

-           Download and extract the archive

-           Enter the extracted folder

-           Run the Simulink model “LSRT2_v1.mdl”

The implementation of a generic multiple degrees of freedom system is straightforward.
