Abstract

To run DataAnalyzer, click on DataAnalyzer tool page. Log in or register an account to get started.

The DataAnalyzer is a web-based application developed to help researchers of the Pathways project in visualizing, interpreting, and analyzing their experimental data via simple sketches and fittings. The users can create multiple two-dimensional graphs by manually entering tables of data points or having the software to read data from existing input files. The users can modify the data of the graphs interactively by using the mouse to move data points on the graphs and save desired graph data. The users can request the software tool to generate polynomial fitting curves with different orders to visualize the discrepancies between experimental data points and theoretical curves. The software tool helps researchers to visualize data sets of their experiments and manipulating the existing data based on desired algorithms and/or on other experimental data.
