Experiment-2: Bi-Directional Characterization of Triple Friction Pendulum Isolators
Experiment Type: Shake Table
Description: Controlled displacement and earthquake simulations were performed on a rigid block specimen supported by 4 triple pendulum bearings. These tests are consistent with the test protocol used for other bearing data archived in the Caltrans/EERC Protective Systems Research Program.

These tests were carried out on the UC Berkeley Shaking Table and were not funded by NEES or NSF. The data was used as part of the NEEStips project.
