Description: Specimen UT-PBS-11 was 96-in. wide and 96-in. high (aspect ratio equal to 1.0) with No. 4 bars every 8 in. vertically and horizontally and axial load ratio, P/(fm Ag), equal to 0.10. The dowels were extended 16 in. (two courses) from the base of the wall segment.
