|Description:||In-air tests were performed on the 1:5 scale aluminum and acrylic shipping containers. The primary variables examined were the pullback distance, non-structural mass, load cell type, and contact location. These tests allow us to compare against the full scale in-air results of Lehigh University and to provide a basis for later hydrodynamic tests.
