|Description:||A full-scale three-story reinforced concrete flat-plate structure was subjected to 4 cycles of cyclic lateral loading. Target roof drift ratios were 0.2%, 0.4%, 1.5%, and 3.0%. The design, construction, testing methods, and recorded data is presented.|
