Add Shared-use button

At this moment there are only two buttons under the status category

NEES The project is funded by NSF/NEES.

Non-NEES The project is funded by someone outside of NSF/NEES

For administrative and reporting purposes we need one more button:

Share-use for project that use the NEES facilities, but their funding comes from somewhere else

It is useful to make distinction in project types. NEESR projects are those specific to the NEES program and are funded through the CMMI division of NSF. SHARED-USE projects, so designated by the DSO, are those projects granted access to the NEES equipment facilities in exchange for community access to the research data. SHARED-USE researchers agree to abide by the terms of the NEES Data Archiving and Sharing Plan. From an equipment network perspective, NON-NEES projects would encompass everything else. However, for purposes of classifying projects on NEEShub, I’m sure we can find an alternate name for this last type of project. The negative “NON-NEES” designation could carry a more positive name – afterall the project is here on the NEEShub. The NEEScomm Site User Agreement references NON-NEES scope projects. This designation refers to a research project conducted at one of the NEES equipment sites, but whose investigator has decided to not share research data with the community.
