Ticketing system: Add times for estimated fix, and actual time spent on a ticket

It would be great if the super admins, or persons assigned to a ticket could:

1)Estimate the amount of time to fix a problem 2)Have a field for actual time to fix a problem 3)have a field for multiple people to add actual time – if it requires multiple developers

    I may not fully agree to the 3) point but the 1) and 2) are definitely some good additions, and metrics to capture.
