Command Line Implementation of PEN
To make data upload easier, I propose a command line implementation of PEN is created. This would allow us to script the creation of new projects and the data synchronization with NEEShub. Having an automated process would save us time. One idea for design inspiration could come from command line source control tools such as SVN or GIT. They solve a similar problem of repository synchronization.
