Outstanding contributions in the area of Education, Outreach, and Training (EOT)
Award to be given to NEES community members who have made outstanding contributions to EOT (examples: educational materials, outreach programs, exhibits, webinar series, community interaction, journal special issues or other targeted publications or media)

Criteria:

  1. Supported on a NEES grant, at a NEES Site, or at NEEScomm
  2. Has developed a sustained program or was responsible for an activity or product that resulted in substantial outreach to the practicing or research community, the education community, or to the general public.
  3. Demonstrated proof of impact of the program, activity, or product.

Outstanding contributions in the area of Site Operations and Research Support
Award to be given to NEES community members that have provided outstanding contributions in the area of site operations and research support.

  2. Has gone above and beyond the call of duty in the service of operation at a NEES site OR has provided exceptional support for NEES research. A NEESR PI or co-PI is not eligible for nominations related to the second criterion.
